My Starting Goals

- Attend the local YMCA at least 4 days a week. My beginning level is to walk 1 mile on the indoor track, 10 minutes on the elliptical, and 20 minutes on the treadmill. I also plan to lift weights at least 2-3 times a week.
- Log an average of 10,000 steps and 10 levels climbed per day
- Drink eight 8 oz glasses a water a day
- Limit fast food to twice a week
DESCRIPTION. Below are the details for my week.
How I Did This Week
I started out strong at the beginning of the week and between a busy week at work and just plain laziness, I really slacked off. Also, I didn’t really keep track of my water consumption this week. My positives for the week: I did manage to lose 1.7 pounds. So, I need to get back on track.
Friday — 10,110 steps (4.3 miles); 5 floors Included walking 1 mile on Y track, 30 min treadmill, 10 min elliptical.
Saturday — 11,457 steps (4.8 miles); 10 floors. Included walking 1 mile on Y track, 30 min treadmill, 10 min elliptical.
Sunday — 4,397 steps (1.8 miles); 6 floors. Superbowl = Pizza
Monday — 2,224 steps (0.9 miles); 1 floor
Tuesday — 1,282 steps (0.5 miles); 1 floor
Wednesday — 1,821 steps (0.8 miles); 4 floors
Thursday — 1,249 steps (0.5 miles); 1 floor
Total Steps: 32,540 steps (13.71 miles) / Average Steps Per Day: 4,649 steps
Total Floors: 28 floors / Average Floors Per Day: 4 floors
